Scholarship Review Criteria

1. Applicant clearly articulates a complex problem (lack of agreement and certainty)
2. Applicant describes a widespread problem of general concern in his or her community
3. Applicant identifies a partnership that is organized to address a complex problem
4. Partnership includes multiple community-based stakeholders across various sectors, organizations, and neighborhoods
5. Applicant is an active participant in the partnership or collaborative
6. Applicant plays a key leadership or organizing role in the partnership or collaborative
7. Applicant clearly articulates his or her intention to use the information to manage complex community problems
