Full scholarships for community partners are available that will cover the registration cost. For applications, please complete this form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send application by April 22, 2016.
Onsite registration will be available. Please note: Only cash or checks will be accepted.
If after you register your plans change and you cannot attend, you have two options:
1. Send a substitute – make sure your organization does not miss out on the valuable experience you had planned. You may substitute a colleague at any time with no charge or penalty; but please notify us at email@example.com or call Julie Crowgey at 517-884-1407 to ensure a name tag is made for your replacement.
2. Ask for a refund – you may cancel your registration and get a refund without penalty if you let us know of your change in plans no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 20. This will allow us to make adjustments in our materials and meal guarantees. Participants who cancel after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 20 will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation service charge. Those who register and simply do not attend the conference will be liable for the entire fee. Non-paid no-shows registered will be billed. Paid registrants who do not show and do not call will not be eligible for a refund.
